where as, sale items marked off at 25% and more are non-returnable. 



As we are a global brand, we cannot offer and exchange service at this point. Should you like to return your item and order it in a new size you are more than welcome to do so on our website. Please contact our customer service team at for further assitance and guidance as per return and shipping options.

Please note that when you return any item: 

1. It must be sent back in its original packaging and tagging. Any worn, washed or damaged items will not be accepted or refunded. Any item which fails to meet this criteria will not be refunded.

2. Please ensure the items returned are packaged into one package.

3. We suggest that you ship the package with a tracked service of your choice and cost  in order to be able to monitor your return.

4. once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.

5. please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method (via mastercard, visa, amex, paypal), once the order has reached our warehouse and has been inspected.

6. all the sale items marked off at 25% and more are non returnable.

nununubaby is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. nununubaby will make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. the refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by nununubaby.
