returns & exchanges
RETURNS:
if you've purchased an item and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team at cs@nununuworld.com and they will guide you through our return process.
please note:
all new collection and full priced items are fully returnable for a refund.
where as, sale items marked off at 25% and more cannot be returned in exchange for a refund. instead, we can offer you a coupon credit code that can be used for your next purchase at nununu.com. the coupon will be the value of what the item was worth at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGE:
as we are a global brand, we cannot offer a direct exchange service at this point. however, if you would like to return your item in exchange for a new size, (depending on stock) the customer service team would be happy to arrange this with you, just email us at cs@nununuworld.com.
in addition to that, you can also order it in a new size on our website and return the item in exchange for a refund. In this case please also contact us at cs@nununuworld.com for further assistance and guidance as per return and shipping options.
Please note that when you return any item:
1. it must be sent back in its original packaging and tagging. any worn, washed or damaged items cannot be accepted.
2. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one package.
3. we suggest that you ship the package with a tracked service of your choice and cost in order to be able to monitor your return.
4. once the goods are received and processed, you will be contacted by the customer service team.
5. please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method (via mastercard, visa, amex, paypal), once the order has reached our warehouse and has been inspected.

costs for return
nununubaby is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. nununubaby will make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 10 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. the refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by nununubaby.

if any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: cs@nununuworld.com, please state the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclose a photo of the faulty item.
claims for refunds and returns have to be made within 14 days after you received your order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claim is permanently barred. we highly suggest that you keep your email with purchase confirmation.
