My package is delayed. What should I do?

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees will be clearly displayed during checkout. Depending on your destination country, these charges may be collected at checkout or payable upon delivery.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.Please keep in mind that orders are often processed very quickly, and in some cases your order may already be packed or shipped before we have a chance to review your message.If we're unable to make the requested changes before shipment, our Customer Care team will be happy to help find the best solution once your order has been delivered.

Can my order arrive in multiple shipments?
Yes. Some orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses and may arrive separately. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation emails to see whether your order was split into multiple shipments. If you are still unable to locate an item, please contact cs@nununuworld.com and we'll be happy to assist.
An item in my order is out of stock. What happens next?
Although rare, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our Customer Care team will contact you with available options, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or a refund.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We're sorry for the mistake. Please contact cs@nununuworld.com with your order number and photos of the item received, and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
My tracking shows 'Delivered,' but I haven't received my package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.

Are sale items eligible for return?
Full-price items and items discounted up to 40% off are eligible for a refund. Items discounted 50%–70% off are eligible for store credit.
